- TCTracy Cahill4 days ago3.0What's the point of the self service kiosk being available after hours if your package drop boxes are all locked? You can scan but not drop off any packages. Just like the kiosk at the Hoyt office. Pointless.
- BTBino TECHJun 13, 20261.0one of their clerk told me to print out the barcode label which he could have scanned and receive my item. i tried to explain as there is no such a thing and he can simply scan the barcode and accept my item but he refused. i wasted my 30min of waiting time for nothing. the office should hire people who know what to do or train them well before appearing at the desk

My neighbor ordered the same item same vendor a day before and usps decides to take over the package and consider it oversized when it clearly has a delivery address and instructions to leave at front door stop taking Amazon orders
