I called the number provided from the USPS customer service agent and the gal Bridge that answered was more than rude. Started off by saying my tracking number was wrong before I could even get the first number out and then didn’t even apologize when she realized she was wrong. Then she was very rude about telling me that I had called the wrong office. Couldn’t even wait one second for me to grab a pen to write down the number of the office I needed to call. Extremely unprofessional and so entirely rude.
