  Dawn & Brandy are Amazing! Friendly, personable and professional! Dawn really knows her job. She was very helpful in explaining my options on packing & shipping 5 different packages. She went above and beyond my expectations. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend this UPS Store! Update: I recieved my 5 packages on the day they said they'd arrive and in great condition. I was most concerned with shipping an acoustic guitar, it was delivered undamaged, in great shape. Dawn did a fantastic job packing it with bubble wrap and air pillows. I was also worried about 3 framed paintings potentially having the glass break - they arrived in perfect condition thanks to Dawn's very meticulous packing. My 2 boxes of photos & papers also were fine. I'm very happy I chose this store (over others) to ship my valuable items. Great job & Thank You!

  Just stopped in here and the gentleman was very rude because they were closing in 5 minutes. He rudely and sarcastically asked the usual questions for mailing as he said “ well it’s three minutes until we close”. He should’ve just said please leave because we’re closed but instead he rushed me and I forgot to put an important item into the envelope and now I’ll have to re-mail the whole thing anyway. I don’t recommend this UPS store. Very unhelpful, unprofessional and rude!!! Update: The manager of this UPS Store, Karen, called me this morning and was able to help me add my document to my package before it went out and help me get my other two packages mailed out. I appreciate her reaching out to me to remedy this situation and help me get my documents out this morning. I would still avoid the gentleman working here.

  Brandy was extremely kind regardless of me coming in unprepared. There was another person waiting to be helped and she didn’t rush me or pressure me. She gave me excellent customer service and treated me with nothing but kindness respect, and patience. I truly appreciate UPS’s service skills. They made me feel extremely welcome. I highly recommend her amazing work being recognized, workers like her are hard to find nowadays. The process in helping me was fast but not rushed, well explained and executed. Ups has proven to have great customer service with people like Brandy being so kind.

  We have deeply appreciated everyone here. Taryn is exceptional. She began as an entry-level staff member and has been rightfully promoted to manager. She consistently greets us by name with genuine warmth, and her attentiveness is both detailed and efficient. The entire team she leads reflects her standard—professional, cheerful, and truly service-oriented. They go well beyond basic care, from carrying packages to our car to handling shredding for us to save time. Every interaction is kind, thoughtful, and seamless. We also greatly value the owners. They are always gracious and go above and beyond whenever they’re present. We have truly loved having our mail services at this store.

  UPS-5129 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA This is the "Premier top shelf, first class" UPS store you could do business with! First of all, the people who work here are dedicated to their customers receiving the highest quality of customer service, which they deliver- hands down! The team here really works effortlessly, streamlined, fast, efficient, and helps to get you through your hectic day, with minimal stress. I used to go to a different UPS store which was closer to my house, but I quit going there because their customer lines were out the door, their service was slow, spotty, and they indulged the customers in a lot of personal crap, that had nothing to do with sending or receiving packages. They weren't on top of it, or efficient at taking care of business the way that this store does! This location, and the people that work here: Taryn Theresa, Brandy, Jaques, and Dawn, they are ALL OUTSTANDING in everyway!! They will even carry your packages out to your car and load it up for you! Especially if you're disabled like me, and have a problem lifting heavy packages, because of a shoulder injury. These people are not only part of the neighboring community who helps people with their Amazon deliveries and returns, and important function! They go the extra mile in EVERYTHING they do! Not 1 mile, not 50 miles, but more like 100 miles. They ensure your customer service experience is superior in every single way! Bar none! This is the UPS store you want to go to! These are the people you need to help elevate your customer service experience to a whole new level!@ Believe me when I tell you that my interactions and dealings with this team are so outstanding, I consider them FAMILY!! I will not go anywhere else, and neither should you!
