  Every time I’ve come into location #2912 on evergreen way in Everet Washington the entire staff welcome to me with a smile and the employee named brandy has welcome to. I’m going above and beyond to ensure everything I take care of. What is a very stressful experience and other drop off locations for my returns Evergreen location number 90 Brandi specifically helps me carry a bath hold the door for For and Shannon helped me to read my phone when I couldn’t find my return because I forgot my glasses! She is an asset to your business and I have chosen this UPS location over others because of her and her lovely associates. I cannot thank her enough, she truly deserves all of the pay, praise and recognition possible from her superiors. Thank you Brandy and friends at UPS!!

  I have been a customer at this u.PS store.\nFor a few years, now. I have always received good customer service to excellent customer service and today , I received excellent customer service period I had some emails that I needed printed out to turn in to the snohomish county courthouse for proof of service for court documents i thought that I had made enough time.\nTo turn them in, then it got very confusing after speaking to some people in the courthouse.As far as how to go about doing it.\nAnd was told something different than I was told before. I was panicking and had less than an hour left to turn them in and Taryn, the store manager was there for the hand off and on it. She had me forward my emails to her store so that she could begin printing them out while I was driving there. I got them printed out and turned in, just under the wire but did it. I just wanted Taryn to know how appreciative I am for doing everything she could to help me in my time of need. I don't have time to leave reviews very often so if I do, it is because it was earned. Thank you!!!

  This was a very disappointing experience. The employees were rude, and some seemed inattentive and unfamiliar with basic procedures. I brought in a return package, but instead of sending it to the intended recipient, it was somehow sent back to me. When I tried to resolve the issue, the staff acted as though the mistake was my fault rather than taking responsibility for what happened. As a customer, I shouldn't have to double-check that employees are performing the service correctly. If I'm expected to do that, I might as well step behind the counter and handle the transaction myself. The lack of accountability and customer service was frustrating. Based on my experience, there appears to be little incentive for employees to improve or take ownership of mistakes.
