  I had one of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Staples location. My husband came in to return Amazon items and accidentally handed one item with the WRONG Amazon return QR code. As soon as he realized the mistake, he politely asked if there was any way to CORRECT it and bring back the correct item. Instead of receiving help, he was spoken to with unnecessary RUDENESS and DISRESPECT. When he calmly pointed out that the way he was being addressed was inappropriate and asked to speak with a SUPERVISOR, he was told that the employee herself was the supervisor. At no point was there any attempt to DE-ESCALATE the situation or treat him with basic COURTESY. Mistakes happen. Customers understand that policies exist. What is UNACCEPTABLE is speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner when they are simply asking for HELP. Staples, do BETTER. Customer service should be built on PROFESSIONALISM, PATIENCE, and RESPECT—not hostility. This experience has left us extremely DISAPPOINTED, and I sincerely hope management addresses how customers are treated at this location. I will be taking this matter SERIOUSLY and will be contacting Staples corporate office to follow up further.

  Worst Staples ever to exist in my opinion. I’ve been to multiple different locations with zero issues, including the printing services. All I ordered was 3.5in x 2in business cards, said ‘Ready by 6:30pm tomorrow’ on my emails and online tracking. Awesome I thought, went in after 6:30, asked about my order, employee had no idea, Zero urgency, zero empathy. I questioned why my cards weren’t printed earlier. I got a stuttering response from the employee along the lines of “My supervisor already left…”. Okay, and? I assume printing business cards does not require an extensive amount of effort nor time. As I left the employee yelled at me (from the automatic doors) as I was entering my vehicle. I haven’t even seen such thing happen on the internet. Wouldn’t be surprised if this building is demolished and turned into an apartment complex.

  I often go to this Staples mainly for their shipping and printing services. I have also gotten passport photos done here and the staff is very friendly. At times it seems that they may be understaffed but nonetheless try to assist you as soon as possible.
