  A friend and I have spent 2 separate afternoons here at FedX, being waited on by Asst. Manager, Jason. He was extremely helpful in getting our technology to work with the technology in the shop. He was extremely patient with our issues and anxieties with our phones and photos. Because of Jason, we came out with creative photo prints, and a great appreciation for his customer service! Thanks, Jason!

  had a very uncomfortable experience at this FedEx location. As soon as I told the employee (gray hair and beard, I believe his name was Jason) that I needed to ship an envelope to Mexico, his attitude noticeably changed. He made a face and became condescending and dismissive, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. I was also surprised by the level of personal information they demanded for the recipient CURP, email, and phone number, since I’ve shipped documents internationally with FedEx before and was never asked for all of that. Instead of explaining things clearly, Jason came across as rude and unwilling to help. Given the current climate around immigration, the interaction felt uncomfortable and, frankly, discriminatory. Customer service should be respectful regardless of the destination or situation. I ended up leaving and going to another FedEx location in Lynnwood, where I had a much better experience. I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.

  Benel at Fedex Office (by the Everett Mall) performed nothing shy of a miracle today! We needed some immediate temporary business cards and 1/4 page flyers for an event tomorrow and he only had a couple of hours to get them all together. Not only was he able to do it but he also made the business cards (made from low resolution screenshots) look waaaay better than they had any right looking 😍🙌🏻 Thank you for saving our butts today, Benel!!💐💐💐

  Review for FedEx Office Rating: 1/5 Stars I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessional service I received at this location. While I was standing first in line, the Assistant Manager behind the counter, Jason, looked directly at me and ignored me to ask the two white women behind me if they needed help. The lack of professional courtesy continued throughout the visit. While I was still at the counter waiting for my receipt to complete my transaction, Jason interrupted me to assist a white man behind me. Being bypassed at the start of my visit and then interrupted before my transaction was finished felt like a clear act of discrimination. As a local business owner, I expect a standard of equity and respect that was not met today. Management’s behavior was exclusionary and dismissive. I will be taking my business elsewhere and reporting this incident to corporate.

  I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service at this location. I’ve visited multiple times, and each experience has been the same. Instead of assisting customers in-store, staff repeatedly direct you to go online, even when you are physically there asking for help. On several occasions, I was ignored while standing at the counter, and the staff appeared uninterested in providing service. This creates an unwelcoming and unprofessional environment, especially for customers who rely on in-person assistance. As a business owner, I value good customer service, and this experience does not reflect that standard. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff attentiveness, professionalism, and overall customer care.
