- DKD KayDec 18, 20171.0Went there on Saturday to ship parcels. Lady behind counter was very condescending and needs to learn customer service. Since I had filled out one address label ( had not been attached to parcel) I could not change way of shipping, which would have been less expensive. She seemed inconvenienced by my business. I understand it's the Holiday season, but that's what you get paid to do. Will never set foot in here again, and will go to Auburn where the wait is longer, but the clerks are very helpful.
