- MJMichael JohnsonSep 8, 20241.0I know this Post Office is overwhelmed with mail and the counter staff is jaded when it comes to resolving issues. It's bad enough to have to wait 20 minutes to reach the counter to find out why my certified letter that was mailed on Aug. 27, went to Seattle distribution center, and to Yakima distribution center, then back to the Ellensburg Post Office. Never making it to the final destination. Then I was only told that it was originally miss scanned, but sent back (Aug 30) out once they received it. I've been following the tracking number since and it hasn't left the Ellensburg Post Office, now Sept. 9. You'd think they would at least take a look in back. Next Please!

Couple that with the rural route fiasco (the FAKE attempted deliveries) and unless you change course soon you will lose all customers that have a choice. I will pay extra to utilize anyone else at this point. Complain and your driver will retaliate. I watched mine drop my packages from standing. One into the other. Completely destroyed the lower box. No one cares. He sure didn’t. Now I have at least 5 pkgs sitting at the PO that I’ve never even been told arrived.
