  Here’s a polished version you could send: Our package was supposed to arrive today, but unfortunately it didn’t. We really needed it today, so we drove to what we thought was the correct FedEx facility to see if we could pick it up ourselves. It turned out we had gone to the wrong location, but the employee who helped us (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name—he had short brown hair and wore glasses) went above and beyond to assist us. Instead of simply telling us we were at the wrong facility and sending us on our way, he took the time to call the correct FedEx location, explained our situation, and confirmed that we would be able to pick up our package today. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier, and we truly appreciate the extra effort he put in for us. Please pass along our sincere thanks to him. Employees like him make a real difference!

  I was very disappointed with their service. They lost my package and they claimed that they delivered it. I called them. They said that they were going to investigate it and said they were going to call me back with more information or updates on my package and never did. I had to call them. And they lied and said that they talked to a man and give this man my package. On the email. Did not say that. And I asked my neighbor and they said they did not talked to them. So who's lying? Very disappointed.
