  Here’s a polished version you could send: Our package was supposed to arrive today, but unfortunately it didn’t. We really needed it today, so we drove to what we thought was the correct FedEx facility to see if we could pick it up ourselves. It turned out we had gone to the wrong location, but the employee who helped us (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name—he had short brown hair and wore glasses) went above and beyond to assist us. Instead of simply telling us we were at the wrong facility and sending us on our way, he took the time to call the correct FedEx location, explained our situation, and confirmed that we would be able to pick up our package today. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier, and we truly appreciate the extra effort he put in for us. Please pass along our sincere thanks to him. Employees like him make a real difference!

  I shipped my dogs anxiety medicine to my sister while on vacation. They delivered multiple packages to the same address but for some reason with this package they said “incorrect address” so now my dog has to go with out her meds for 2 days! This is outrageous. Most likely due to an incompetent delivery driver. The address is correct. This is why fed ex is the worst.

  Grossly incompetent, unwilling to solve simple problems, uncommunicative, and all around disappointing experience. Accadently misplaced my package, then continued to send it back to shipper, made no effort to correct the problem, and never reached out to communicate the verdict. Just wow.
