We showed up 20 minutes before it closed and she said, "come back tomorrow, there's not enough time today because I have to show you around the building."... It's really not that difficult, but she makes every task seem impossible. She never gets the mail out on time, I usually waste gas and have to come back another day. She doesn't bother to try to help, or look for anything. She just tells you she's swamped and thats the end of the conversation. I'm getting sick of wasting gas to show up and she hasn't sorted the mail.. I usually show up in the evenings when it's closed and somehow it's still not done. Some things can wait, but sometimes I really need my mail same day it arrives. I've lost faith in this particular place, skip this location
