- KKKimJul 17, 20261.0The package that was supposed to contain my passport was completely crushed when I found it in my mailbox, and the passport was not inside. I showed this to the older Hispanic lady at the counter, and the first thing she said was that it wasn't delivered like this. I responded that yes, it was delivered in that condition. The other guy at the counter was much nicer and said that the sorting technology is old, and the package could have been crushed during sorting. He told the lady to get the tracking number and my phone number and said that they would contact me later. When he left, she said that I must have run over it with my own car. I already have to deal with a missing passport and do not appreciate being accused of crushing my own packages.

The Hispanic woman working here basically told me that my missing package is my fault because the mail carrier would "never" misdeliver a package. Disgusting customer service attitude and no help whatsoever.
