The Hispanic woman working here basically told me that my missing package is my fault because the mail carrier would "never" misdeliver a package. Disgusting customer service attitude and no help whatsoever.
- WSWen ShiJun 9, 20261.0The service attitude of the staff here is terrible. It was an older woman; my package was already packed and just needed a bit of tape to seal it, but she wouldn't let me use hers—insisting instead that I buy it from her. It was awful.
- TTTravelinggeckosMay 20, 20262.0This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I requested they deliver my package I sat in front of my house for 45 minutes so I wouldn’t miss him/her and they drove down the road and never stopped.
- TFTrevor FlockMar 10, 20261.0Lady that works here was rude to me just now saying that if the package gets lost in transit that "it's on me." Because I covered the old label with a new one. Saying "it's just common sense" that we attempt to remove it or cover it better, even though it covered the label edge to edge. It would be cool if the staff treated me with a basic human decency to be kind. I was polite the entire time and continued to be polite even after being berated.
