- LDLilah DobrowolskiMay 7, 20261.0How long would you say it should take to replace and have a working cluster box for a neighborhood? Early JANUARY our entire box was broke into and damaged. It took until early APRIL to get the new box in, and now we are STILL waiting (early MAY) on locks to be put in to actually USE said box. THIS is the most absurd work ethic around. Absolutely no one else would continue having a job if it took 4 months (plus however much longer its going to take) to get a simple project complete. Our entire HOUSE was built faster than this. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

- SMS MJan 20, 20261.0Very unpleasant experience at this post office due to an employee named DONA. She was rude and unhelpful from the moment I approached the counter. Simple questions were met with attitude instead of assistance, which made the visit unnecessarily stressful. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and this was far from it. I hope management addresses her horrible behavior.
