- BABobby AndersonAug 3, 20262.0Staff used to be so kind and accommodating. I come in today to drop off a package, and the gal was very rude. I start to ask what the procedure is for sending lithium batteries. I thought that those needed a special label so I did not fill out my package. She didn't listen to one word I said and kept stating "you need to have the package filled out before you get here" At the end she never put a battery sticker on so I'm not sure things were done correctly. I asked about the old employee and her response was "he died and he never did anything right anyway" disappointed with current employment
