  I was operating under a lot of stress and time limitations to get memorial handouts for my sister's memorial service since the other person didn't follow through in a timely manner and we were going to be without them. The associate was extremely helpful, courteous and patient. Plus, he did an awesome job!

  Customer service is lacking especially at the copy print/shipping center. I have waited at least 15 minutes for an employee to help me on multiple occasions. On two separate occasions an employee has “greeted” me and started to help me, only to walk away and never return.

  Great experience every time I've gone in! printing side is helpful, and knowledgeable. They recommended the right product at a more affordable price too. My only issue is sometime they can be too helpful, and it can be bothersome if you're just popping in for a quick thing or two.
