  For the last 3 weeks, my package is being delivered to peoples houses , just not mine i'm having to hunt them down. Or there being called to me this\n Has become ridiculous. I lived here for over 20 years and never had this issue before, but all of a sudden, the last 3 weeks I have nothing but issues, nothing but issues, I talked to the postmaster, he doesn't really seem to care that's quite sad. It doesn't seem to go anywhere, maybe the state should be involved because now it's medication That's being delivered to other people's houses.

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the post office. Everyone is so friendly and make sending packages easy and less stressful. I also love our mail lady Charity, she’s very friendly and handles our packages with care. I appreciate her company! Also love Allison too! We appreciate that they deliver them all the way to our door when they are too big for the mailbox. Appreciate all their hard work!

  My package was delivered to the wrong address, and whoever received it decided to keep it. Now the post office can't seem to tell me what house they took it to, and are refusing to reimburse me for my lost item. This was a limited run item that is now completely sold out, I doubt I'll ever be able to get it again. I frequently rely on online orders for things I can't get in our tiny town, I shouldn't have to be scared to order nice or expensive things because I can't trust our post office to get them to the right place.

  I don't understand why the Castle Rock post office is unable to find my address for some packages but seem to have no problem finding it for others from the same vendor, not to mention the tons of mail that comes to my home, I have kinda got use to wet mail because one of your mail carrier can't seem to close my mail box ( or several others on our road as far as that goes), but seriosly you now can't find my address!!!!!! or are you just in to big of a hurry to bring it to my door???

  I ordered items to be shipped UPS!! Well the sent items USPS they refused to deliver items or hold items for me to pick up from them since we do not have mail box out at the road. Reason we don’t mail theft live in rual area which happens a lot. Talked to manager at this post office she was horribly rude!!! Refused to help she said do not recognizing address so will not deliver or hold during this virus time. She said they do not have help because she works for the government and that is there rules... really I pay taxes which pay her wages!!! Not good customer service nor common sense think outside the box!!!
