- JFJennifer FlynnMay 28, 20263.0I normally have positive experiences at this location, but recently I didn’t. I took 3 envelopes in of equal size and contents. They contained Mother’s Day cards and gift cards. All three were destined for the Phoenix area. Two of them were “supposedly” going to make it by Saturday (the day before Mother’s Day). I agreed to pay the higher price to get at least two of them there in time. However, they didn’t make it to our moms until Tuesday! So, I went in to request a partial refund, since I paid for something I didn’t get. The manager wasn’t there, but the employee was going to ask if I could get a partial refund, and she was going to call me. That never happened. I paid $34 to get two small envelopes to Phoenix by Saturday, and they didn’t arrive until Tuesday! I think that warrants a partial refund. I just shipped some boxes out, but took them to a different (further away from my home) UPS. Maybe that crew will provide better customer service??

I had several items to return through Amazon, and the girl at the desk was super patient with me, even when I was having a hard time finding the QR code. She also helped me match the right items with the right QR codes, since several of the items were very similar in nature. She did all of that without losing patience, or getting frustrated with me at all, and seemed genuinely happy to help me sort it all out. It’s not the first time I’ve gone to this location either, and the staff here is always pleasant and super helpful.
