  I came in to drop off a return box with a prepaid label. First I'm told I shouldn't have taped it up — I should just bring the box and the label and they'd print it. Fine. Then I'm told the label didn't print correctly, so they have to charge me to print it. So let me get this straight: you have to print the label either way, but now it's on me to pay for it? Make it make sense. This used to be my go-to store, but this was a genuinely frustrating experience. I'll be taking my returns somewhere else. I will also be requesting shippers to use other services other than UPS.

  I’d like to give a personal shoutout to Ethan at the front. Every time I come in with a whole bunch of returns, he is normally there managing the front alongside another coworker. I always feel so bad because this is a very frequent occurrence, but he is always so polite! He always assures that I have a pleasant experience, and am in and out in no time.Thank you Ethan!!😃

  We scheduled a notary appointment a week in advance for 10:00 AM because my elderly parents needed to execute Durable Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives before I left the country. We had also spoken with the notary by phone the previous weekend. My wife, my parents, and I arrived on time for our appointment. The store was otherwise empty. We were greeted with a blank stare, and when we said we were there for our notary appointment, the notary immediately responded, “Well, I didn’t get an email.” We showed her our appointment confirmation, but instead of apologizing or explaining how we could proceed, she repeatedly complained that she was the only employee working and that helping us would be “super slow” because she would have to assist other customers between notarizations. We told her several times that we completely understood and were happy to wait while she helped other customers. Despite that, she became increasingly agitated. She began frantically sending text messages on her phone and handling packages in the back while leaving the four of us standing at the counter without any explanation of whether she intended to honor our appointment. While we were still waiting, another customer came into the store and casually asked her how her day was going. She replied, “Not good now.” After standing there with no indication that our appointment was ever going to begin, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. What makes this especially disappointing is that this wasn’t just an inconvenience. Because the appointment was not honored, my parents were unable to have their Durable Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives notarized before I left the country. Those important legal documents will now have to wait several weeks until I return. I understand that scheduling mistakes happen and that stores can be short-staffed. Had we simply been told there was a problem and offered a reasonable solution, we would have understood. Instead, we were made to feel like an inconvenience from the moment we arrived, despite having a confirmed appointment. The experience was unprofessional, discourteous, and ultimately a complete waste of our time. I cannot recommend this location for notary services.
