  I should give them 5 stars because they are ensuring I shop local. Their bottles of urine are always reliably delivered/thrown in a location that is hard to access.

  Three “attempts” at delivery were made by driver Miles, who I just watched pull up, not even get out of the truck, and then I got a blurry photo of the shipping label as a missed delivery proof. I was literally standing at the door waiting to get my package. Astonishing laziness.

  They just seriously suck here, not sure what their problem is but going to report to corporate. Hopefully they just go bankrupt soon and everyone here can just not have jobs anymore since they clearly don’t want to do them.

  I have been waiting five days for a delivery of pet food. No updates other than it is out for delivery each day for five days. I have contacted FedEx and keep getting the run around. They are on it, they have issued a ticket to locate and they are sure it will be here today. No satisfaction here.
