Automated system AND website are useless. Trying to get ahold of a human is impossible.

Thanks for leaving my packages since you refused to call me when they were showing up. It’s not the reps; this is the FedEx company. What? You’re not making enough money? 😠
I am not sure what is going on with FedEx here, but it is very unreliable and unprofessional. I have considered asking to be put on their no-ship list to avoid having to deal with these issues. Today is 10/20, so for a few days now this package went on and off the truck...then they just stopped even caring enough to update the tracking info. So we have no idea if they even have it anymore, when it will be delivered, and customer service is of no help. They have one job: put the boxes in a truck and delivery it. USPS, UPS, DHL, etc... never seem to have these issues.

Update. So it’s been a while since I wrote the review below, and I have seen a good improvement, so I thought the least I could do is amend my review. I’m not sure what has happened, but the deliveries have been much much better and for the most part on the time promised. I wouldn’t say my faith has been restored, but my point of view has definitely changed. And I do appreciate it!
One year ago…..This FedEx location, which distributes or brings packages to the Everett area is one of the worst! Not sure if it’s Fedex as a company, the way employees are treated, or the type of employees they employ, but it is such a messed up facility I’ve never seen such a cluster F in my life. Even USPS, the snail mail service, is speedy Gonzalez next to them. The customer service is worthless not because the employees are worthless but because they have no information given to them and in reality there’s nothing they can do. So we’re just sitting ducks waiting for our packages that arrive 1,2 weeks later or maybe never. I don’t appreciate the status of my package going from is being delivered the same day to being changed in the evening to the next day for multiple days in a row. Make up your mind. If you cannot do it, just let us know and we have to drive and pick up our own packages. FedEx has gone down hill Since Covid and they blame it on Covid. Interestingly enough USPS and UPS have done great! I will not order from any sender that uses FedEx anymore. I am done.

What is wrong with this facility? This facility is like a black hole. My packages just disappear here for weeks at a time. This is so unacceptable. This facility makes all of FedEx look terrible, I’ll be using UPS from now on. I don’t know what on earth they are doing here but this location is consistently terrible in every way, and completely unhelpful when you try to get any kind of answer about where your items are.

Ordered my working boots online on Feb 8th'19 and the parcel stuck at this Burlington since Feb 16th'19. Not sure about the delay due to weather as weather forecast seems fine.
