  I have been waiting five days for a delivery of pet food. No updates other than it is out for delivery each day for five days. I have contacted FedEx and keep getting the run around. They are on it, they have issued a ticket to locate and they are sure it will be here today. No satisfaction here.

  It's exactly as bad as the incredible number of 1-star reviews suggests. Is there no accountability? This may be the worst location of what is absolutely the worst shipping company. Complete luck of the draw if you get your package, or they just lie and sit on it because they don't feel like it today. Now that I'm in this area, I'll have to boycott any sellers that insist on using FedEx.

  They refuse to deliver my package. It's been in skagit for 5 days and won't deliver my package. They've been 2 blocks away from my delivery address and still refuse to deliver it. Absolutely terrible service.

  Automated system AND website are useless. Trying to get ahold of a human is impossible. Switching to UPS & USPS Thanks for leaving my packages since you refused to call me when they were showing up. It’s not the reps; this is the FedEx company. What? You’re not making enough money? 😠

  Ordered my working boots online on Feb 8th'19 and the parcel stuck at this Burlington since Feb 16th'19. Not sure about the delay due to weather as weather forecast seems fine.
