The post office supervisor stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Their responsiveness and willingness to take ownership of the situation made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and the matter was resolved in a very timely manner.

However, Cornelius (the supervisor) was able to sort me out very quickly. After I filed an issue on USPS.com, he contacted me asap and was willing to meet me afterhours at the Burien location to ensure I got my package. I was extremely impressed by this level of service and professionalism! So, if you run into issues at this location, try going to usps.com and also ask for Cornelius.
