Always very understaffed, doesn’t matter time of day. With constantly only 1 window open, 1 person with a complicated send can basically shut the place down for 20 minutes. Be ready to wait.

Maura is incredibly rude and has a horrible attitude. Spoke very condescendingly compared to other employees. Don’t want to come back to this location again.

Normally, I’m not a fan of this branch. Long waits, discourteous staff, aligning with all the other reviews.
Today was different and makes me hope change could be possible. Had a bizarre situation with a package that had the correct address (ours) printed on it but the WRONG address encoded into the digital label. Since postal workers typically scan and look at a screen, not the package, it was successfully delivered… to the wrong address.
Cornelius, the employee who assisted me, was able to track the package, find out where it had gone and why, have a carrier recover it, and have it held at the post office where I was able to pick it up.
Additionally, be careful what companies you order with and how they ship. The company I ordered from was using UPS (not USPS) SmartPost which partners with USPS. Best myself and the post office could determine, this was a case of cloned tracking numbers. More than one package using the same postage. It is apparently a new(er) but growing scam to defraud the postal service out of postage owed.

Every time I have come here, the service has been terrible. The workers lack patience and professionalism, and they talk to you like you're bothering them.

The absolute worst usps in town. They frequently close early and lost a package that I handed directly to their staff to ship off. They claim I did not drop off my package and yet the other package I dropped off simultaneously was just delivered.
