The space was clean, well-organized, and I was greeted right away with a smile—no wait in line, which was a huge plus. Keanu helped me during my most recent visit, and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for a return that I hadn’t packaged (even though I was supposed to), and he made the entire process feel seamless and efficient without any stress. On a previous visit, he also assisted my elderly parents and me with notarizing multiple documents. He walked us through everything with patience and clarity, making sure we understood exactly what was needed and what wasn’t. His professionalism and genuine kindness really stood out. Consistently excellent customer service like this is hard to find—highly recommend this location! Thanks for all of your continued assistance Keanu :)

I dropped off my return package last month and was scan the wrong barcode, when I track my package, it always show label created. No refund from the store so I knew that UPS never ship my package back to the store. To people who using drop-off station, becareful when dropping off any value item and make sure it get ship so you don't make a mistake like me.
