- EEEricJul 2, 20241.0I ordered a couple textbooks for my wife, and paid for express shipping. They were due to arrive Friday 6/28/24. The package arrival date kept changing. Finally it was marked as picked up at 8:30 AM Monday 7/1/24. However neither one of us picked it up. When I called to find out where the package is they refused to give me any details until I informed them that tampering with mail is a federal offense. I got a call from the Post Master explaining that they're human and they make mistakes. Yes we're all human, but when you're handling someone's mail yous should be more precise about how it's handled. Being neglectful of checking IDs and addresses should be a federal offense just as much as tampering.

- LMLion MasterDec 17, 20175.0Love my little post office! They have some of the friendliest employees around the city of Brewster. Usually there is no line. Post office boxes are reasonably priced. Easy to get in and out if your in a hurry. If your like me, you gotta talk to the positive people. So I'm usually there about 5 minutes. Most everybody else is in hurry and there around 2 minutes. Highly recommend.
