- ASAngelina Semonyan2 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience at this USPS location. I asked for Overnight/Express shipping and clearly said I was willing to pay for it, but the employee, Jeff, selected regular Priority Mail instead. Luckily I noticed the mistake before the package was sent. When I politely asked him to correct it, he became extremely rude and unprofessional. He started acting aggressively, loudly slamming objects, and creating a very uncomfortable environment for customers. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially when the mistake was his own.

I had a package which was getting delivered late and just wanted it before my holiday. I called USPS and Arlene picked up. I explained to her what was going on, she said she’s gonna keep an eye on it and will definitely call me back the next morning.She called me thrice since I couldn’t pick up she left me a voicemail. I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of the fact that someone would go out of their way to do this kind gesture for me. Arlene you’re the STAR . Thus these 5 stars aren’t enough for you, you deserve more.
