- CNCameron NicksonSep 8, 20261.0Terrible customer service, terrible product, and outrageous price. I went in to get one 5x7 color print. Cost $13, now the staff is not at fault for the price they advised me that to resize the image it would cost $8. But still that's insane for two second and a button press. Also once printed it needed to be cut down, something they dont do. The staff advised me of the price sure, but when my $13 single piece of printed paper came out the color was faded and the lines were terrible. They said it would cost alot but not that it would look terrible. I can deal with alot if the product is good. This was a terrible experiance. The staff looked at me and said "that's what I got". Insane, went across the highway to Wal-Mart cost $5 with no attitude.

We had a last-minute need for a poster board for our family’s funeral service, and I arrived with no advance notice. Laura, Brenna, and Charlynn no immediately stepped in, processed my order, and created a beautiful poster board in such a short amount of time. During an incredibly difficult time for our family, their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help meant more than they know. I am beyond grateful for their quick service, professionalism, and genuine care. These ladies are absolutely amazing at what they do, and they turned a stressful situation into one with one less thing to worry about. I highly recommend this FedEx location to anyone looking for exceptional customer service. Thank you, Laura, Brenna, and Charlynn, for going above and beyond—we will never forget your kindness.
