  Emailed several times to try and resolve this without writing a bad review. Over charged $40 for a website error. Had nothing to do with payment issues I had called to resolve it and it needed auto pay otherwise they will drop you as a customer. Over charged for a wrong delivery. They sent us their branded water which is $7.99 and charged me $17 for the wrong water. I’ve had so many unresolved issues with this place and I’m constantly calling to try and resolve the problem one person answered and said they’d refund me then never did/ add it to my order never did. Just scummy business now they want to pre charge without doing the service first. Horrible business management. Reach out and I’ll change the review definitely not happy with this “service”. Picture of their branded water down below not the arrow head we had ordered and paid in full for at 90+ dollars. Not complaining about pricing at all just overall poor services poor customer service

  The delivery driver is always punctual, helpful, thoughtful, caring, and the water taste. Wonderful refreshing. I am so thankful that they carry in the water for me and stack it. The delivery driver is awesome. I’m so thankful I found Serra Springs Water delivery service⭐️

  This company was great but now they are failing miserably at customer service. They delivered on a sub freezing day and I wasn’t able up put them inside so they froze and expanded causing all of them to break. I called the local number for a replacement and they said we wouldn’t be charged for the replacement bottles. They delivered promptly but we ended up getting charged for a new delivery (added $200+ to our bill). I’ve spoken to the customer service reps that are out of state THREE SEPARATE TIMES! They said they would forward my issue to the Bend managers and I’ve heard NOTHING else. It’s been over two months. This is how you lose customers. We are canceling our service because of this lack of follow through.

  We’ve had their delivery service for probably 5+ years and we love the ease of ordering, the reminders to put out our bottles and our delivery guy is the best. Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help me safely store my bottles.
