- BBBJLAug 25, 20261.0Very bad service and rude. I try to locate a missing package there. I want her to show me how to fill out a search missing mail. She ask me to have my kid to show me. Interrupt my explanation, no question can been asked and push us away. Absolutely no patience. She should not work for services sector She should be fired. She has black hair. She is a Philippine lady.

Today, I have the had an experience just 180 degrees south. No customer service, no help, no care, nothing. Never imagined how a nice place can turn into this horrible!! Sad to see!

- VPVarun PeketiJul 14, 20261.0I first called the office, and Ayesha confirmed that my package had arrived and asked me to come pick it up. When I got to the office, a guy assisted me. Even after I explained that a lady had confirmed my package was there, he insisted they didn't have it and told me to come back the next day without checking. I stepped outside and called Ayesha again. She confirmed that my package was there, asked me to come back inside, and personally brought it out and handed it to me. Ayesha deserves five stars for her professionalism, helpfulness, and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the guy was unhelpful, didn't verify the information before responding, and gave me incorrect instructions.
