  I don’t often take the time to write google reviews, but I had such a great experience at this location I felt compelled to share. Michelle was kind enough to help me minutes before closing to overnight an exceptionally important document that needed to be sent across the country. She and did everything in her power to make sure it arrived on time, was incredibly safe and protected while shipping, and still insured that we got the most affordable option available. Not only did that package arrive on time to a very thankful recipient, but the extra care she took in packaging kept it waterproofed when it was apparently delivered during a rainstorm. Michelle was an absolute lifesaver, and it’s so incredibly rare these days to experience customer service that is not only professional and helpful, but genuinely caring as well. Aside from that experience, I ship from this location frequently and all the employees I’ve dealt with are equally friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers.

  I am really loving the impossibly cheery guy who started working here recently (You’ll know exactly who I’m talking about). I don’t know what he’s so happy about, but I aspire to be like him and I hope he never changes!!

  This is my nearby ups store. I received 2 packages with damages 10/04/2019, next day I stoped by this store to show them these damages. William (guy who works in this store) inspected the packages made a pictures and promised to send the claim to UPS and told me to wait 2 business days for response. I came over again 10/09/2019 to ask them any news about packages which he replied: they sent a request and said that some time the answer takes more time. Ok, today Friday 10/11/2019. I called directly UPS customer service, was on hold 30 min and when they checked tracking number out said they didn’t receive a claim about these packages. So, I wasted my time and came to ups office again, asked why did you lie me. You didn’t send any request yet. His answer was: I don’t know, I left the notice on the Adrian (manager) desk. He didn’t give me manager’s contact to ask him about that. All this situation is really weird and I don’t know where this story is going.

  Staff is rude and is not knowledgeable. I ship using account number and every time I go there they say an online label needs to be printed for using UPS account. Then I have to remind them about the way bill method of doing it. Last time I went there they didn’t even have the way bill form.
