  I don’t often take the time to write google reviews, but I had such a great experience at this location I felt compelled to share. Michelle was kind enough to help me minutes before closing to overnight an exceptionally important document that needed to be sent across the country. She and did everything in her power to make sure it arrived on time, was incredibly safe and protected while shipping, and still insured that we got the most affordable option available. Not only did that package arrive on time to a very thankful recipient, but the extra care she took in packaging kept it waterproofed when it was apparently delivered during a rainstorm. Michelle was an absolute lifesaver, and it’s so incredibly rare these days to experience customer service that is not only professional and helpful, but genuinely caring as well. Aside from that experience, I ship from this location frequently and all the employees I’ve dealt with are equally friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers.

  I am really loving the impossibly cheery guy who started working here recently (You’ll know exactly who I’m talking about). I don’t know what he’s so happy about, but I aspire to be like him and I hope he never changes!!

  This location requires customers to purchase an entire large roll of tape just to seal their boxes, which I’ve never experienced at any other UPS store in the area. There was a line of customers being told they had to buy a roll and tape their own items, even for very small boxes. There is no signage or notice explaining that boxes must be taped by the customer, so it comes as a surprise at the counter. If this is the policy at this specific location, that’s fine but it should be clearly posted. What’s also frustrating is the inconsistency..I’ve been helped here by other employees before who did not require this at all.

  The service here is amazing, I didn't know you can do Amazon returns here, saves me the time to go anywhere else. Lily helped me and she was sweet along with the rest of the crew.
