  Worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid around $200 to ship a package to Europe and paid EXTRA for handling and for my items to be individually packaged and labeled. Before I paid, the UPS employee at the counter saw everything I was shipping, including the laptop, and approved the shipment. The package then sat somewhere in California for about a MONTH, only to eventually be returned to me because apparently the laptop inside couldn’t be shipped. How does that make any sense? Your employee inspected everything, approved it, charged me extra to package and label it correctly, and then UPS held onto the package for weeks before sending it right back. Then came another 3 weeks of going back and forth trying to get my $200 refunded. Eventually I just gave up. So I paid $200, paid extra for professional handling, had the contents inspected and approved, waited over a month, received my package back, and never got my money back. Absolutely unacceptable. 1 star only because Google won’t let me give 0.

  I went in the store today and I had a cashier name Michelle I want it came time to pay she snatch the money out my hand like you were going to run down the street with it and she looked at me and said I sure did. The only reason why I am saying this is to warren people of color to avoid Michelle.

  Ridiculous place with terrible service. Operates like an inefficient government office. Why in the world would you be closed during lunch hour?

  Had a great experience here recently! The staff was extremely friendly helping me with my shipment. The store was clean and nicely organized. I will definitely be back!

  After a mildly complicated claim, Adrian was able to work everything out in a fair and correct way. These gentlemen have always provided top notch service, going above and beyond the call of duty. The epitome of customer service!! Zero hesitation shipping my most valuable and delicate items across town or across the country. They have been super. I would really have to question some of these negative reviews. I've spent much time in the shop and they are always helpful and have a smile on their faces. Best regards, Elizabeth Fiorini
