  Have been to this UPS store a number of times and the staff is always very nice and willing to help. Will go here again and would recommend.

  I've been a UPS customer for over a year and they've always provided excellent service. The owners of the store I go to recognize me and are very friendly, which I really appreciate.

  The service is pretty bad in store. I was shopping a package to east coast and wanted it to reach on certain day. The person recommended ground and charged ~$36 for it. Which I was fine with. Except the shipment will be delivered only two days later. When I went to store ask about it, the person was nonchalant about it. Just said Ground shipment is not guaranteed, nothing he can do about it and only the next day delivery is guaranteed. He could said this when I shipped the package. The sad part is he didn’t even care. Tried calling the 800 number. No help there either. UPS is generally bad and this store particularly very bad.

  The drivers for UPS continue to be terrible, slapped a sticker on my door saying they attempted a delivery but never knocked but because they wasted their time to put a sticker on the door the customer service refused to file a complaint because they "attempted delivery". Apparently at UPS you can not do your job as long as you leave a blank sticker and not be held accountable for the work. Use any other company than this to ship, especially in the Bellevue area unless you want to sit outside all day and wait for them.

  Gave me a free box, and they worked fast to get my package out in time to ship with the delivery guy that was about to leave when I arrived!
