- YCYang ChenAug 1, 20261.0This is the only UPS location I've been to that charges for printing an Amazon return label, on top of charging $10 for a box that they insist you use. Absolute joke.

- KPKourosh ParasteshAug 28, 20241.0The worst UPS I’ve ever been to! I went to print a bunch of documents before my meeting, but the experience was terrible. The older guy who was the only one working had me wait for five minutes first then told me to do it myself on his computer and left to help another customer. The printer stopped halfway through, and he asked if I could skip the rest of the documents. When I said no, he grabbed the papers from me and said, "I cannot have you here then." I ended up being late to my meeting because I had to go to FedEx to finish printing. Printing papers is a simple job, but if you can't provide that service, you should let your customers know upfront!
