He doesn't has sense of how to talk to customers. They misplaced my amazon return and not even bothered to track it on request. He simply denied to search in the system based on date and time provided. His voice was so loud and rude that any person would choose to walk out. Later on when I connected the dots of various instances, concluded that this they do it purposefully, especially when there are some electronic items returned.
