  An Outstanding Experience — A Huge Thank You to James! I want to take a moment to recognize an incredible young man named James who works at this UPS Store. Today, James went above and beyond to help me with something that turned out to be much more complicated than expected. I needed 10 photos printed, carefully cut, and fitted into picture frames. Throughout the entire process, James showed an extraordinary level of patience, kindness, and professionalism. Even when some of the photos didn’t fit the frames properly and we had to make adjustments, he never once showed frustration, impatience, or annoyance. Instead, he remained friendly, calm, and genuinely committed to making sure everything turned out perfectly. What impressed me most wasn’t just his excellent customer service, but his character. James is the kind of person who makes you feel that your time, your needs, and your satisfaction truly matter. He even made my experience on a holiday weekend something I will remember and appreciate. To the management of this UPS Store: You should be extremely proud to have someone like James on your team. Employees with this level of dedication, patience, and genuine kindness are rare, and they deserve to be recognized and appreciated. James, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You didn’t just help me print 10 pictures — you made my entire day better. I sincerely appreciate everything you did, and I will absolutely be coming back because of you. Five stars aren’t enough for the service James provided. Absolutely exceptional!

  I sent myself a painting from Ky last year through UPS. I was told that I could NOT give specific delivery instructions "to the back door" but that I could pick it up at my local UPS. Since that would be a safer option, I chose to pick it up at the Crossroads UPS. I did not receive a notice that it had arrived, but upon tracking I found that it was there. When I picked it up, I was told there was a $10 holding fee for having it delivered there! I had not been i formed of that at the UPS in KY. I thought it was ridiculous since packing & shipping was almost $300. I expressed my dismay and was told if I didn't pay it, they would just ship it back to Kentucky. Today, I went to the same Crossroads UPS for a return of shoes. I had the qr code but was told I would have to pay $2.49 for them to print the label. This is the first time I've ever been told I needed to pay to have a QR Code scanned. I checked the UPS website and it says they do not charge to scan a QR Code! Since the ownership of this UPS changed, I have been very disappointed with their customer service & feel I'm being gouged every time I go. I will NOT use this UPS anymore.
