- PYP YJul 15, 20261.0Sadly, my interactions with two different employees has been less than satisfactory. It seems like the majority of the employees DISLIKE their jobs. The customer supervisor sent me an email, and when I asked for additional information. It's been 6 days since I sent my follow-up email and still no response. I don't think he plans on responding. Everyone on our route loved our former mail carrier who was friendly, engaged, would talk to you if there were any USPS issues with your mail. The current mail carrier has zero interest in being engaged or friendly.

Sending out mail is always pretty easy to do, and the staff behind the counter are helpful and kind. They have to deal with a lot and in a building without proper climate control. USPS needs to seriously renovate this building or at least fix the broken door and lack of heat and A/C.
- TBT R BMar 25, 20174.0Always lost mail OR miss delivered mail. So far since 12/16 I have had over 480.00 worth of packages lost missing or stolen. Never had but one lost in California and that was with UPS..Something has to be corrected...UPDATE 1/2019 WE have a new post master and a new carrier, we have very few missions deliveries now or damaged packages. Thank you!
