- KHkeith harmon5 days ago1.0I returned Amazon products twice from this location. Both times I was charged a box fee of $14.00 to return a laptop. The first time he told me just put it in a box. The second time I had the box the laptop came in. Claimed it had to be an Amazon box or I had to buy a box from him. This store charges more for returns than the original shipping cost. This is a UPS store scam.

The owner, Mr. Harsh, consistently displays a terrible attitude. There has not been a single day where he wasn't rude or unprofessional. His negligence and poor treatment of customers are simply unacceptable. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered
