- APAndrea PalumboJul 19, 20265.0It's a post office... it's government. It is what it is. I have a PO box here and they seem to handle first class mail reasonably well. I don't think they've ever lost a mail piece that was very important. On parcel shipments I've had a few issues here and there but I don't fault the local post office for that. I know the Federal Government has waged an all out assault on the post office in general. With some administration's being worse than others, but between that and a move towards electronic mail I know they're doing the best they can at the local offices.

- MMMiranda MuthMar 9, 20261.0The last few months have been inconsistent, I’ve gotten other peoples mail, but today was the cherry on top. We waited all day for our package that was out for delivery. Only to find it went back to the facility. Not sure WHY. The address is correct. Only thing I could think was the mailboxes didn’t have room so the mail person just brought it back inside of trying to deliver it to the door!

I was told that I should take the package to the Smokey Point branch as they were very helpful. That was great advice! I had never mailed a package internationally before, but the postal workers helped me though the whole process of filling out custom forms, addressing the package, etc. They also told me how to track the package online. I just got a picture message from my daughter's host mom in Germany. It showed my daughter opening her package with a huge smile on her face! Thank you Smokey Point Branch!
