Only to find it went back to the facility. Not sure WHY. The address is correct. Only thing I could think was the mailboxes didn’t have room so the mail person just brought it back inside of trying to deliver it to the door!

Packages are not being dropped off, even when home they do not come up the driveway to drop off I have to go into the post office to get them. Tried talking to management gets no where and when not there they take my number to call me back and they never call. Horrible workers there.

It's not in their contract to get out of their vehicle... So that's why I don't get my Amazon packages every time...or certified mail gets sent back since they refuse to come to the door.
