- KVKenneth VaughnJun 30, 20262.0Truly a shame put in a forwarding request 3 weeks ago. The lady said I would need to show ID to get mail.she asked if I brought id in I said No. Little did I know I needed to show it to her to submit the request went back today a letter saying I needed to show ID. All the lady had to do was ask me to bring it in that day. Very sad how they confuse you and put you through
- 121 2May 16, 20261.0Seems to take 3-4 days + to get my amazon packages from them. Ill get a notification that my Amazon package was delivered to the post office, with photo, then it takes 3-4 days or more to actually get my packages from the post office after delivery. Im currently waiting for my Amazon packages that were delivered 2 days ago. The longest ive waited was 4 days for an Amazon package at this post office. Typically takes like 3 days after delivery to get your Amazon packages from this post office in my experience here. Either hire more people, or improve the way you guys sort people's packages, because 3-4 days just feels a bit much
- LBLinnea BrodeurMay 11, 20221.0Two times now my packages have been deemed "delivered" when they indeed have not been. The first time that I filed for my missing package I received a call from someone at this location telling me that my package was delivered to the wrong home as the business I purchased the package from "placed the wrong address" on the package.. I was told my package was gone.. The next day my package *magically* ended up in my mailbox and guess what? It had the correct address on it. The very same thing is occurring once again. Terrible customer service as they will bold face lie to you, intentionally mark your package as "delivered" when it's quite obvious that they did not deliver it. It's bizarre. I've never had good experiences with this post office and I know many others who feel the same. I would rather pay a private company for their delivery services than use USPS but unfortunately I do not get to make that choice.
