The lady said I would need to show ID to get mail.she asked if I brought id in I said No. Little did I know I needed to show it to her to submit the request went back today a letter saying I needed to show ID. All the lady had to do was ask me to bring it in that day. Very sad how they confuse you and put you through

Ill get a notification that my Amazon package was delivered to the post office, with photo, then it takes 3-4 days or more to actually get my packages from the post office after delivery. Im currently waiting for my Amazon packages that were delivered 2 days ago. The longest ive waited was 4 days for an Amazon package at this post office. Typically takes like 3 days after delivery to get your Amazon packages from this post office in my experience here. Either hire more people, or improve the way you guys sort people's packages, because 3-4 days just feels a bit much
