  We notarized many copies of documents with Archie. He is always so friendly and professional. We had apostilles returned back to us by the States for not having the notary location in the right format and Archie corrected it by hand writing everything in 16 copies. Such a great service and professionalism. He is amazing.

  I stopped by today to print 2 pages only, at the beginning the person who helped me said 0.53 cents only . But he read the notes in his computer for his co-workers and he went to other room (speaking with same co-worker who sent he the message) , and he said your total $2.00 ? I asked why the price change last week you helped me and I paid 0.25 cents per page , and I heard that you charged other customers 0.25 per page what’s the going own ? His co-worker said , this is printing fees (I asked him why you don’t charged me this fee last week ? And why you don’t charging the other customers? They don’t have answers! I paid $2 , and left the office and never 👎 go back to deal with unfair treatment, Are you serious,🧐 they charged me $1 for each page while, other customers get charged 0.25 cents per page

  Great local ups store, helpful and patient employees and very efficient, I had quite a bit of Amazon returns today from a party and the employee Siengal helped me today and was very pleasant and worked very hard and was very helpful.

  I was considering giving this review 3 or 4 stars because this UPS store has been processing my returns with no issue for years, but this incident was so unbelievably ridiculous, I just can't. Amazon has frustratingly been omitting the QR code ups store dropoff return option more and more this year which has been frustrating. I understand that this is not the UPS store's fault, but, every time I've come to their store with a return type that couldn't be processed at the amazon station and needed a shipping label or box or something, they've always been able to handle it. At worst, I had to pay a little bit, which was annoying but still ok. This time I was dealing with an older gentleman I never had before. As we were standing next to an amazon station that automatically prints shipping labels and provides latex bags for returns, and additional shipping label printers in their work area, he said, I would have to go home and print the shipping label myself. He also said I would have to go home and get a box for it. That's right. The place that sells and provides boxes, and prints shipping labels, told me to go home, presumably buy specialized printer equipment that we were standing feet away from, and to do it myself. And to go buy my own box. From another UPS store I guess. Since he wouldn't sell or provide one, let alone those latex bags I'd used on amazon returns for free, a dozen times at this same store, that we were also standing feet away from. I had never heard something so dumb in my life. I was stunned and made a stupid decision and just walked out of the store while my return was still sitting on the counter while the guy had this smirk on his face. Thank god amazon provided me a full refund even though this guy probably threw the item away, since he asked me if I wanted him to trash the item as I was walking out of the store. This guy should be fired. Avoid him at all costs. I cannot believe he has a job. As long as he is working here, you will be rolling the dice coming to this UPS store if you have to interact with him. EDIT: The owner of this store has replied to this review claiming the option of an in-store printing of the shipping label was offered. This was NEVER offered. The clerk told me several times my options were to take it home and print it, or to change the return type in amazon (there were no other store dropoff options). If the older gentlemen who interacted me told the owner that he offered to print the shipping label in-store, he is lying.

  I’ve been using this store for 5 years. Always efficient and friendly but today totally exceeded expectations with a return to Ziply that should have been easy but was not. Thank you- highly recommended!
