We showed up stressed out from being a few minutes late but she got us started right away and was clearly familiar with the process. It turned out the photos we brought with were not going to be accepted, and we had no accounted for needing pictures taken. Laura got our infant to cooperate, got us great photos and we were done with the whole thing in no time.
