  Response to response: I'm not sure why "rude" and "snippy" need clarification but for today's example, the older lady was shipping something to her mother and she mentioned something about her mother paying for it, I think meaning her mother was reimbursing her. She was just making conversation and the man rudely cut her off with "What about your mother??" in a very condescending tone. I could see she was taken aback and embarrassed. He has been similarly rude to me when I've been returning Amazon packages, complaining about the box I used (which happened to be a perfectly decent box that was a lot smaller than the shipping box that came with multiple items) and being upset that I took maybe 20 seconds to bring up the code for the second return while he had to wait (I was the only one there). It had nothing to do with complicated shipping options, he was just plain rude. If the UPS store is my only option, I'll save it and drop off in Olympia instead. This is a reasonably accessible drop-off location but it only has one employee and he is extremely rude. I've dealt with him several times and it's always the same. Today he was being really snippy with the sweet old lady in front of me so I left. He acts very annoyed if the customer doesn't know everything about UPS shipping instead of just explaining the options available. Avoid this shipper and use the off-brand multi-service shipping store across town, if possible.

  I see why this stores reviews are so high.none writes a review and remembers the front desk guy by name. He either makes fake accounts. Or has his friends write reviews for him."don't know how he has any friends for how he treats people". Because everytime I have went in their. This guy has been super rude. If it wasn't for this place only being a couple blocks from home. I wouldn't ever come back. My girl went in today. And he was super rude to her. I don't understand why someone can be so rude and miserable. But it's ok.... after I post this. He will have to post a bunch more fake reviews. To even out his ratings lol. James I'm guessing is your name. We'll that's what your fake profiles call you. And I have only seen the same man working. Stop being so rude to people. You don't know what people are going through each day. It cost nothing to be nice. If you don't like your job that much. Why don't you look at applying somewhere else. Where your not gonna be so miserable. It's not good for your health bro.

  James was closing up at 6:05, already past closing he welcomed us in with a great attitude and a smile. He quickly assisted us and got us back on our mission free of charge!
