I went to my mailbox yesterday evening and found a note saying that I wasn't home and they couldn't get my signature for a piece of registered mail. Yet, I was home working from 7:30am onwards and never left. I checked my camera and sure enough, the mail person NEVER EVEN GOT OUT OF THEIR TRUCK to try knocking on my door. Just left the note, saying "sorry you weren't home". It was sunny, 80 degrees and mid-afternoon. There is no excuse for not even attempting to do your job. It took you longer to write up the note (which you would have had to do before getting to my mailbox since you were only in front of it for 5 seconds) than to walk up, knock and hand me the letter.

I'm at a business in Williston, and unlike every other carrier, they just leave our stuff sitting outside in the rain/weather. BIG "RECEIVING" sign right over the door, the door is unlocked... absolutely no effort made. Thanks for letting us look professional for our customers.
