I'm at a business in Williston, and unlike every other carrier, they just leave our stuff sitting outside in the rain/weather. BIG "RECEIVING" sign right over the door, the door is unlocked... absolutely no effort made. Thanks for letting us look professional for our customers.

The lady at the desk helped the person in front of me and took down her address and looked for her packages but when it came to me she just said we haven’t sorted any packages without even asking me any questions about where I lived or anything. Terrible service. Understaffed. Get your mail shipped outside of Williston. It will actually make it on time.
