Ordered posters from the print center. Never received notification that the order was ready. I called the store and spoke with a manager named Lisa. She was shockingly rude. She couldn’t find my order and refused to refund my payment. She hung up on me. I had to explain to my boss why we didn’t have the posters for an event. I will never do business with Staples again.

Absolutely painful. Went in for an amazon return. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because Tom tried his hardest (with NO support). 3 employees is NOT enough especially when they can’t help one another. The young cashier tried to help out, but Jon could not be bothered to leave the print and copy center. Amazon line was five people deep, no lines anywhere else. If you’re gonna try to run three businesses in one you need to staff it that way.

The staff at the printing and help section were very unprofessional and showed no respect for customers’ important documents. I brought in very important paperwork to make copies and asked the employee, who appeared to be the manager, for assistance. I was charged multiple times without receiving my copies. When he finally came over to help, I explained that the machine had already damaged one of my documents and that I was worried about the same thing happening to the others. He assured me there was no problem and promised everything would be fine. Unfortunately, the machine pulled in my documents and ruined them. As a result, I lost two very important documents. I left extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone handling important paperwork.
