- MPMichael PicardAug 22, 20261.0I moved here three weeks ago. My post office box did not work. The post office was closed for two days for a computer upgrade-mail was not distributed. During this time, three deliveries from Amazon have indicated delivery despite no one showing up at my residence from this post office. Prior to this, I had only one lost package in 10+ years. Three weeks in South Burlington and I am missing three packages that the USPS claims to have delivered- all at the same time of 7:19 pm. It is not a hard job, and falsely claiming deliveries is shameful.
- SSSanto SJul 13, 20261.0Here since 9 AM l. It's Monday July 13th. They opened the door at 9:24. This is not acceptable. Manager/supervisor should be fired. He is still inside arguing with an employee. Being understaffed is understandable but you can not waste people's time.
