  Since most of our family and friends live outside Vermont, we use the shipping services of the UPS Store in South Burlington at least once a month. Its front line employees (especially Jay and Sara) are top notch. These two young women are friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and always helpful. My packages (boxed and ready to go OR those needing to be boxed before shipping) have consistently been delivered safely and on time. It’s always a pleasure to go into the South Burlington store and use its services and interact with Jay and Sara.

  These guys are underappreciated. The amount of mail that goes through this hub needs 4 full time attendees - they do it with 2. I appreciate the speed and reliability. Thanks y'all!

  I had a great experience getting my documents notarized. Sara was extremely professional, efficient, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. I really appreciated that they were upfront about the cost before we even began, just honest and transparent service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy notary services!

  Don’t go here to get anything notarized! Not only do they charge $10 per signature instead of per document like most places they also were unprofessional as I was writing important information on the document, their personal conversation was so distracting that I ended up writing the wrong information on my document. Also why have an unprofessional personal conversation while trying to notarize documents for someone?? In general unprofessional and not very kind staff.
