Among other things, tried to charge me 250% more for UPS international shipping than the UPS store on Carmichael Street or the one in Stowe. Outrageous! Since you’ve taken the time to reply, you want to ask me about my experience, ask your staff. Three people were present. World class? You must be joking. To defend rudeness, ignorance, and overcharging is a lack of self-awareness.
