These folks work their tails off. They are clearly understaffed but I have always liked it here. Mistakes can happen but I believe they really do try. I went in looking for paint markers and a young lady helped me out right away and told me one of two aisles they would be in. I found them within minutes. I sometimes go here for Amazon returns. It's the same line as the cashiers so the wait can be extensive but they're understaffed. They do what they can. Mistakes do happen though. For an amazon return, I wanted the money put back on my card rather than credit towards my next amazon purchase. The gentleman seemed rushed for sure and probably did what was quickest to him. I asked if he could reverse that and he said no. Annoying for the customer they just assumed but it's what it is. I still give 4 stars just because it's not their fault they're understaffed. Just be very very crystal clear on the amazon returns/refunds.

Almost two years ago, I reviewed this Staples and described the hostile environment for Amazon returns. A manager responded that it would be addressed. Three times I've attempted Amazon returns since then but never again. Long lines, irritable staff and stress that doesn't belong anywhere let alone beautiful, community-friendly Vermont.
