They don’t answer their phone. Also the Amazon returns there take forever. Usually if I return something elsewhere the return is quick. At this staples it takes a very long time to get the return. And they don’t answer their calls. Kind of bad service . Bummer

I appreciate the service at Staples South Burlington. They are willing to answer questions, look at machines, and give advice. I appreciate even more that they have goods that are relatively ecologically sustainable e.g. 100% recycled printing paper (which makes it acid free), and scotch tape made from recycled plastic, and even paper tape. I wish they would showcase these high class items more.

I Walked in and there was no line for Amazon returns so I went to the desk. The man rudely pointed and told me to get in line. He made me stand behind a woman who was looking at cards and not checking out - there was no line. When I got to his desk again he started slamming things around and was very aggressive. I was very polite so don’t know why he behaved this way but I will never come back again. Another employee stood by and said nothing.

the old man with the grey hair was so rude to me. i didn’t know my package was oversized and he told me in the rudest way possible and talked to me like an idiot. there have been multiple complaints about this man why does he still work here? made me break out in tears.

This morning around 1030 the two gentleman working were just so rude to me and my husband, lots of under the breath comments and yelling at us as we walked away, some of the worst experience I have had at a staples with their staff. For sure won’t be back, and if UPS sends another package here I will be getting a refund and returning to sender. Atrocious experience, terrible customer service.
