I need packages delivered to my parents address. But for whatever reason it just can not seem to happen. I guess I need to go through Congress. Utterly disappointed!

Went in to pick up a package that was scanned into the post office at 4:15 I went to pick up the package at 4:45 service window was closed and was told that they were already closed and were not going to get my package and would have to wait until tomorrow for it to be delivered. Last I checked you closed and 5pm and the proceed to say your were not going to do your job as a postal worker. I'm willing to bet if you were to go to a place of business just before closing and be told that we are closed 15 minutes before the scheduled closing time you as a customer would be irate and would complain but it's ok to do if your the one providing a service to the public between set hours each day.

Seven months of incompetence. As mentioned by others Jim is rude, from day one, as is Mickey. I made a complaint on Jim. Location lost a priority package sent from postal location, by a postal carrier, to a postal facility and they said they weren't able to deliver it (to this post office during business hours) and then I needed to reschedule it. I rescheduled the delivery and it has never turned up from November 5th. I have informed delivery, and on at least three occasions I have been told that a package has arrived there and the staff said it isn't there. Ostensibly, it had to be there because it was scanned in, but yet they said they didn't have it. I was further told by Dave that packages delivered by UPS or FedEx or any other carrier do not show up in my dashboard on informed delivery. I picked up three packages the other day at least one of which was sent via post office yet did not appear on my dashboard and they could not explain that. But over the weekend suddenly I was getting blasted with messages from informed delivery telling me I was getting this or had that so I know for a fact they are tampering with my account. They will be held accountable, read further. I have dealt with the Postmaster, Rex,who was, at first, understanding because of that issue and then just recently said that it is me, and not the staff. Unfortunately that is not true, and when I was recording his response he let it slip that he might further impede my mail if I didn't stop my attitude, however my attitude is in direct relation to the poor service that I get at this location. Mr. Rex the postmaster maybe losing his pension because I do have a recorded verbal statement stating he would further impede my mail delivery. I have already complained to the OIG and I'm waiting to hear back from the Postmaster General for Vermont. He further states that everybody raves about his staff which, judging by the reviews here, is clearly untrue. Are you reading this Rex? You're a tool and I hope you have a good savings account out of my taxpayer money, because you're about to lose your job. Make sure nobody's taping you next time when you threaten to impede their mail. GROSSLY INCOMPETENT POST OFFICE.

I needed to submit my application for a passport. I drove to Elmwood Ave PO and they said I'd need an appointment. I needed it expedited and didn't have time to waste booking an appointment. Went to this PO and the man who waited on me was very kind and helped with submitting my application. Only took about five minutes, if that. I would definitely recommend this PO if you're trying to get a passport

I always find all the folks at the desk friendly and helpful. Sorry to hear others may have not had the same experience. I am most grateful to have a post office so close to home.
