- GQGeorge QuinlanApr 19, 20242.0Whenever I talk to them they're polite and accommodating, but I just want my packages delivered!!! It seems any time I order something on Amazon and it's larger than a cell phone, my package gets delayed for days or I have to go get it (like today). It's ridiculous. Either deliver the packages or drop the contract with Amazon so we can actually get our stuff from a REAL parcel delivery company!
- AOAndrea OkrasinskiJan 18, 20231.0In-person this post office is fantastic. The people are really nice and helpful. However, the mail delivery is the absolute worst. Anytime I have a package coming the tracking will say "out for delivery" for multiple days. Then I'll get a "notice" saying "we tried to deliever this but you weren't home" even though I never left my house that day. This had happened multiple times and is continuing to happen. Luckily I haven't truly needed anything I've ordered the day it was supposed to be delivered but it makes me extremely hesitant to ever have mail ordered prescriptions or anything else one might need in a timely manner. I understand staffing shortages and all of that but if you can't deliever it the day it's "out for delivery" then don't bring it out for delivery and put a notice that it needs to be picked up at the post office THAT DAY!!!!
- BABud ActualieJun 2, 20205.0I showed up with special edition Pony Express stamps, intending to mail a small—mini!—pony to my cousin Josephine in northern Connecticut, and was politely told that I would be unable to post my compact equine companion. Is that not what Pony Express stamps are for? I was even prepared to use two stamps, and offered to purchase a roll of packaging tape to ensure the stamps adhered correctly. No matter!!! I left disappointed, and cousin Jo has no mini pony. Still, five stars for a good attitude.
