I’ve dealt with many post offices as s traveling nurse that are such a headache to deal with when it comes to PO Boxes and having my mail forwarded correctly. This one was a breath of fresh air! Not only do they know what they’re doing but they made everything easy for me. Super happy with the service at this one.

I had a package marked as delivered to my address. It was meant to be a gift for someone. I was watching out the window the day of delivery so I know no one else went near the mailbox. When I went to check the mailbox there was mail, but the package was nowhere to be seen. I made an attempt to contact them to ask about it, and they wouldn't even try to look for it. If they tried and couldn't find it, thats one thing. But I know for a fact that even if its marked as delivered you can try to look and see if it was scanned and just forgotten in the truck. That was hard earned money I spent on a gift, there is no excuse for this behavior

Updated (2024): 4/5 Thankfully the nasty lady who was at this location has been replaced by a helpful and easy going guy. Have not had an issue since she left. Update (2021): 1/5 She decided it was a nice gesture to hold my packages at chest height and drop them onto the concrete ramp with a loud clang. Not once, but all 4 times. I was sorry to inconvenience her by driving 15 mins to the post office to pick up my packages that weren’t delivered. Maybe I could have just abandoned them? Not sure how to fix her issue. Things had been improving where I could get my mail in a civil way but she’s back proving Ice Cube’s assertion: a B iz a B. I don’t take this personally, I see her treat almost everyone who comes in here this way. Original (2019): 1/5 Never met a ruder employee in my life. I'm actually in disbelief at how my interaction here played out. I'm new to the area and came in to ask about how to get my mail, etc. Instead of any answers, I got yelled at and lectured for not knowing the inner workings of the post office. I simply asked where I should get my mail and ended up walking out while she kept yelling in the background about how much more she knew about the post office than me and how stupid I was for thinking that the mail for my Randolph Center address would come through the Randolph Center post office...

The employee was so rude and not very helpful. Made feel like a idiot just because I don’t send very many things out through USPS, no wonder ups and fedex gets my business.
