- JJJacob JarodskyJun 4, 20261.0I’ve tried to be patient, but after six years of consistently late mail delivery, it’s hard not to be frustrated. Delays happen occasionally, and I understand that, but when late delivery becomes the standard year after year, something is clearly wrong. I’ve had bills, important documents, and packages show up well after they were expected, and it’s reached the point where I simply don’t trust the delivery estimates anymore. The employees I’ve dealt with have generally been polite, but the overall service has been unreliable for far too long. This isn’t a complaint about a bad week or a busy holiday season—it’s been an ongoing issue for six years. I hope management takes a serious look at what’s causing these delays because the community deserves better.

- JJJr JrFeb 27, 20261.0Has anyone ever got a message saying your package is held for pick up. We'll i complained about it yesterday to usps customer service. I get a phone call from someone stating they had a carrier call in sick. So when there short handed the post master expects you to pick up your own packages regardless of the fact you payed for shipping to your home. Maybe this town should have the one cop that sits on Berlin pond road all day load up and help deliver some mail. FYI if you still waiting for your w2 it probably sitting in a mail sack at post office
