Other than Joe, who is an amazing postman, nobody else actually delivers to the correct address, and never delivers to the door, they drop off at the mailbox maybe once or twice a week and leave ALL the packages for Joe to take out solo...

I think it was one of those times that someone gets promoted because they can't do the job they were hired for, now the whole town of Moretown suffers.
