- APAmber PAug 24, 20261.0I can't anymore with USPS. We regularly get someone else's packages. One time the package was too big to put back in the mailbox so I brought it down to Bomoseen and the person there had the audacity to tell me to bring it down to Fair Haven. I'm sorry, but it's YOUR job to deliver the mail, not mine!!! Our mail carrier is so miserable and disrespectful towards property, she drives on lawns, she throws boxes on my barrel flowerbed under my mailbox, or better yet straight on the ground next to my mailbox on the road. My porch is about 30 ft. from my mailbox, she can't be bothered to get out of the vehicle and walk that distance, but when she does I hear it because she slams my packages down for causing her such an inconvenience. This woman has been our mail carrier for probably 10 years and I've had it with her, she is THE WORST. I've called, I've sent e-mails. If you want a clear example of why the government shouldn't run anything, this is it.
