The shop in Essex, VT is top notch. I drive to Essex rather than visiting a closer store because of the professional staff in Essex. The folks that work the counters are fantastic. They’re always incredibly polite and willing to take time to answer questions and provide assistance. They manage all of this while getting you in and out as fast as they can. Nice work Essex, VT! Keep it up!

Helpful employees that truly care about making your life easier. Offered advice and solutions for me when I packaged things incorrectly. Helped me do Happily returns when I had my baby with me and was struggling to get them all done myself through self-service. They know their stuff! Can't give them enough stars!

I came in with my mother to get a notary stamp/signature for her housing subsidy application, and the service was outstanding. The gentlemen who served us was quick, welcoming, and thorough with his work. I was satisfied with the experience and would recommend this location over any other in the area.

This UPS store is walking distance from my home and office, and I use it for shipping as well as printing. The staff is always friendly and helpful; I’ve been extra grateful for their ability to format and print flyers I have been using for my small business lately.
