- SSSusan Speranza2 days ago1.0I just read other reviews and they are as bad as they one I am about to write. My mailbox has been in its present position for 30 years but suddenly the post office refuses to deliver my mail because they say I need to raise it slightly. I asked them then to just deliver packages which they normally put in front of my garage because they are too large to fit in the mailbox. They said they couldn't deliver packages to a house with a non serviceable mailbox. I am 75byears old with a bad back and cannot physically raise the mailbox. The young woman supervisor basically said too bad. This is what our taxes go for - non service and nasty government employees.

I was at the house and ready to receive the items - there was no attempt to deliver the last, small item. I presume this is a part time person as our regular delivery person is excellent. The staff at the post office are excellent. What happened? This is NOT "SERVICE."

- CWChristina WarrenFeb 17, 20241.0Joke, didn't delivery a time sensitive package because it was 25lbs and in turn didn't deliver any other of my packages that day and was of course on a Saturday so I can't do anything till Monday. When packages are out for delivery on a sunny day you expect them to be delivered. Could of just knocked on our door and we would of carried the package for them. The lazziness is astonishing.
