  Service is okay as long as there's a few people in the place. If it gets busy get prepared to wait for everything. The printer place, the register and God forbid you need any specific help. Forget it

  Never enough staff. Dealt with a snotty clerk (who other people I know have experienced her miserably unhappy personality) at the UPS counter. I wasn't sure how to print out a label so she slaps a post-it on the incorrect label that I printed out with a completely different email address than the one she initially told me. She couldn't be bothered to assist me, actually ignoring my repeated requests, so I chastised her (and admit I shouldn't have stooped to her level, but asked for someone competent to help) and called her manager. I explained the situation but it was obvious the manager wasn't going to discipline the clerk, so someone else helped. She was obviously aligned with her nasty colleague and offered a curt "Have a nice day." Gee, that was sincere. Anyway, I only go there to return Amazon items - they are ridiculously overpriced, have constant staff turnover, there's rarely anyone around to help, etc. In honesty, some staff are very pleasant, but there's always a rotten apple in the bunch. Misery loves company and that particular Staples has always welcomed ignorant employees.

  Horrible customer service every time I go into this store. There is 1 person in the print center that does a fantastic job! He gets the the 1 STAR is for him. Rude, Unappreciative and disrespectful staff run the registers, who ever the store manager is really needs focus more on customer service otherwise this location is going to close.

  The store manager brought my drawer unit up to the register and rang up the person waiting there. Then, he left without a word to go help a woman with laptops. He never even gave me a glance. The associate was helping a line of 3 people at the next register and was shocked to see that the manager left me at the register trying to make a $200 purchase without acknowledging anyone. Terrible, I honestly don't know when the last time I had that kind of blatant bad service. Amazing. Thank God for the kind associate or I'd have been waiting there for God knows how long. Good associates, terrible management. I'd give 0 stars but the associate was kind and very helpful.
