- IZIsabella Zanoni2 days ago2.0Genuinely some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The older woman working the counter at mid day today was incredibly rude, condescending, and continuously snipped at or made snide comments to every single person in line. The other girl working was sweet, which is why I’m not giving this one star.

When I handed her my paperwork, she pointedly set it down and made snide remarks under her breath. To top it off, she tried to tell me how I should feel about the experience—customer feedback is for the customer to decide, not the staff. Conduct yourself better and show some basic respect to the people you're serving.
