  I’ve used this UPS location several times to return packages, and overall my experiences have been positive. My packages have always been handled with care, and the staff gets the job done efficiently. My only concern is with one of the male employees. While he’s capable and completes the transactions without issue, he often comes across as passive-aggressive and doesn’t always explain the process or what’s happening. During my most recent visit, I noticed him working with what appeared to be a new female employee, and I didn’t appreciate the way he responded to her questions. Training can be overwhelming, and a little more patience and professionalism would go a long way. Aside from that, I’ve had no issues with my packages or the service itself.

  All staff was very friendly, the store was extremely clean, and literally took less than two minutes

  Disappointing customer service and interaction is too nice a description. Simply asking for something to cut tape and separate boxes at the request of the employee was too much for said employee, simply stating "No." Instead, I had to use a file cabinet key that I located in front of the customer service desk, which took me several minutes. The employee certainly noticed what I was doing, but did not try to help. And, that was the highlight of the engagement.

  Just left from out of store young man working at 11:07 am have horrible customer service . Have my hand out to get receipts he just drop it on the counter then turn his back and continue what he was doing . Rude . The young lady working customer service was awesome I should have waited to go in her line
