    Firstly, I specifically came to this location instead of the other Woodbridge one because the reviews were slightly better. The lady who helped me at the counter was extremely rude and told me “I don’t think you want to understand” when I was trying to ask questions about why my letters couldn’t be shipped with 1 stamp. Another male worker kindly explained it to me and it made sense and he was patient and not condescending. (The only reason I’m putting 2 stars instead of 1 is because of him and the manager.) Then I witnessed her losing patience with another man whose first language wasn’t English. She got flustered with him and walked away and called her manager. Not conveying whether the manager was for her or him but she walked away and didn’t want to deal with him anymore. So him and I chatted and then called the help button and both spoke to the manager. She said she would talk to the front desk lady but no idea if she really will or not. I honestly felt that she was racially profiling us (she was a black woman) and discriminating because I overheard how she spoke to black customers and the demeanor was more friendly. Just completely unprofessional and rude.

    Subject: Nearly a year without equitable mail access for 5 entire buildings This branch has left an entire community without equitable access to basic mail delivery for almost a year. Because the Postmaster has neglected to change the corrected mailbox locks, standard mail delivery has been completely frozen across all 5 buildings in our complex. For nearly 12 months, hundreds of residents, including those with mobility issues or tight work schedules, have been forced to commute to this specific branch daily just to get their regular letters. To make matters worse, there are multiple new complexes currently under construction that will be tied to this exact branch. If the Postmaster can’t resolve a basic lock update for five existing buildings in a year, this office is utterly unprepared for the city's growth. To top it off, we have been told that the only way to get this resolved is if enough residents call and complain en masse. It is absolutely outrageous that paying citizens have to jump through hoops and flood phone lines just to force a public utility to provide basic, everyday service.
