- KGKatie GoodchildJul 6, 20262.0Firstly, I specifically came to this location instead of the other Woodbridge one because the reviews were slightly better. The lady who helped me at the counter was extremely rude and told me “I don’t think you want to understand” when I was trying to ask questions about why my letters couldn’t be shipped with 1 stamp. Another male worker kindly explained it to me and it made sense and he was patient and not condescending. (The only reason I’m putting 2 stars instead of 1 is because of him and the manager.) Then I witnessed her losing patience with another man whose first language wasn’t English. She got flustered with him and walked away and called her manager. Not conveying whether the manager was for her or him but she walked away and didn’t want to deal with him anymore. So him and I chatted and then called the help button and both spoke to the manager. She said she would talk to the front desk lady but no idea if she really will or not. I honestly felt that she was racially profiling us (she was a black woman) and discriminating because I overheard how she spoke to black customers and the demeanor was more friendly. Just completely unprofessional and rude.
